Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Maverick Solutions LLC. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Items
You can return:
Art & Craft items (unused and unopened)
Pet Accessories (unworn and unused)
Household products (in original condition)
Items must be in original packaging and resaleable condition.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable digital products, and clearance/final sale items.
3. Return Process
Email us at support@mavericksolutionsllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
6. Issues with Delivery
Need a different size, color, or item? Contact us to arrange an exchange.
